1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lead Shera ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lead Shera.

2. Description of Service

Lead Shera is a LinkedIn outreach automation platform that allows users to connect their LinkedIn accounts, scrape lead data from LinkedIn, and run automated connection request and messaging campaigns. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Lead Shera. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of Lead Shera complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Community Policies. Users who are found to be in systematic violation of LinkedIn's terms may have their Lead Shera accounts suspended.

4. Account Registration

Registration is completed via OTP-based email verification. You may maintain only one Lead Shera account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@leadshera.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lead Shera to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harass LinkedIn users
• Scrape or collect lead data for the purpose of resale to third parties
• Attempt to circumvent LinkedIn's rate limiting or security measures beyond normal automation
• Use the platform for any illegal activity or in violation of any applicable law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Lead Shera platform
• Use the Service in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs it

6. LinkedIn Compliance

Lead Shera provides automation tools that interact with LinkedIn. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits certain automated activities. You, as the account holder, are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Lead Shera complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and any applicable LinkedIn policies. Lead Shera provides the tooling — how you configure and use it is your responsibility. We are not liable for any restrictions, warnings, or bans that LinkedIn may impose on your account as a result of using our platform.

7. Subscription and Payments

Lead Shera is offered on monthly subscription plans. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You will receive an advance notification before auto-renewal charges are applied. By subscribing, you authorize Lead Shera to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time in the current period unless you qualify under our Refund Policy. After the period ends, your account will revert to the free tier or be deactivated depending on your plan.

9. Intellectual Property

Lead Shera and all its underlying technology, design, code, and content are the intellectual property of Lead Shera. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period. Your lead data, campaign content, and any data you import remain your property. We claim no ownership over your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lead Shera shall not be liable for: LinkedIn account restrictions, warnings, or permanent bans resulting from your use of the platform; loss of lead data; loss of business opportunities; or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Shera, its team, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of LinkedIn's policies, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Lead Shera reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or illegal behavior, or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to other users or the platform. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate without prior notice or refund.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
