4. LinkedIn Data

Lead Shera requires access to your LinkedIn session cookie to automate outreach actions — sending connection requests, messages, and scraping profile data — on your behalf. Here is exactly how we handle this:

• We extract your li_at session cookie to authenticate with LinkedIn as you
• We never store your LinkedIn password
• Your session cookie is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
• Session cookies are transmitted only over HTTPS
• You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your LinkedIn account from the dashboard, which permanently deletes the stored cookie from our systems

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures: AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials at rest, HTTPS for all data in transit, access controls limiting which systems can read encrypted data, and regular security reviews. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

Your account data — including lead data, campaign history, and settings — is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. LinkedIn session cookies are deleted immediately upon LinkedIn account disconnection.

• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data

Lead Shera uses only functional cookies necessary to operate the service — specifically JWT authentication tokens to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any analytics cookies that profile your behavior across sites.

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Lead Shera:

• Razorpay — payment processing. Your payment card details are handled entirely by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.
• Firebase — database infrastructure and hosting
• Google Cloud — cloud infrastructure and services

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of Lead Shera after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
